Develop your SUMP: a team of experts on hand to help you

After the in-class training and mutual learning activities, the most committed participating local authorities were selected to receive support to develop their SUMPs.

This support includes professional help and advice from a team of experts appointed to meet the authorities' specific needs and requirements.

Selected local authorities will be supported throughout the SUMP development process, from a baseline assessment, to securing stakeholder buy-in.
Towns and cities achieving the best results with their SUMPs will be promoted as exemplary models, or 'BUMP Pioneers' at national and international levels. International delegations will be invited to visit these BUMP Pioneers, meet the officers involved and share approaches, lessons learned and results.
